Our story: bringing people and events together
One Events grew from a simple belief: the people behind an event shape how it feels. A warm welcome, attentive service and a well-prepared team make a difference, whether guests are arriving at a private celebration or a major public event.
With roots in the events industry since 2015, we bring that practical outlook to event staffing, promotional campaigns and supplier connections. We work with businesses, venues, agencies, organisers and private hosts across Australia, and welcome New Zealand event enquiries.
Our purpose is to make finding the right support more straightforward. From hospitality and guest services to brand activations, event crew and merchandise, we bring your requirements together and help you understand what can be arranged. You can start with one role, one event or a wider programme.

We care about the moments that make guests feel looked after: a friendly arrival, a drink served with care, a helpful answer and a team working together behind the scenes. That is why our approach starts with understanding your event and the experience you want people to have.
Our staffing is supported by Event Staff Australia (ESA). Together, we bring hospitality, guest services, promotional teams and practical event support into a clear staffing enquiry. The roles span bartenders, wait staff, kitchenhands, hosts, registration teams, ticketing staff and event crew.
We value professional presentation, clear communication and respect for the people already delivering your event. Our role is to support your venue, caterer or organising team with a practical understanding of the work involved.

STAFFING
Hospitality and event staffing sit at the centre of what we do. Supported by Event Staff Australia, our teams cover bar and food service, kitchen support, guest welcomes, registration, ticketing and practical event duties. We work alongside the people who already know your event.

PROMOTIONS & MERCH
We help brands connect with people through promotional teams, product sampling, launches and activations. Our product enquiries include uniforms, apparel, caps, bags, drinkware and conference packs, bringing practical items and a consistent presence to your team or event.

SUPPLIER CONNECTIONS
Events bring many specialists together. Alongside staffing, we help clients explore independent suppliers for catering, entertainment, photography, video, transport, production, styling and equipment. We value clear introductions and agreed responsibilities, with supplier arrangements made directly between you and your chosen provider.

OUR CLIENTS
We work with private hosts, corporate teams, venues, caterers, agencies and event organisers. Some need a few extra people for a celebration; others plan conferences, campaigns or busy event calendars. We build each relationship around understanding the occasion, communicating clearly and supporting the people delivering it.
From personal celebrations to shared brand experiences
Our clients bring people together for many reasons: celebrating a milestone, welcoming delegates, launching a product or entertaining a crowd. We support corporate functions, conferences and exhibitions, private parties, weddings, gala dinners, awards nights, concerts, festivals and sporting events.
Promotional work is part of that picture too. Our brand ambassadors and promotional staff support product launches, sampling, pop-ups, street teams and sponsor activations. We focus on people who can welcome your audience, communicate your approved message and support the experience around your brand.
We also welcome bulk merchandise, uniform and delegate-pack enquiries, including apparel, caps, bags, lanyards, notebooks and drink bottles. Products can be discussed alongside staffing or as a separate order, with specifications and delivery confirmed in your quote.

We believe good service starts before event day. Listening carefully, being clear about what is included and keeping responsibilities understood are central to how we work. We want clients to feel informed and supported, whether they are organising their first function or managing an established event calendar.
Our staffing enquiries cover Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, with New Zealand support for Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown. We consider each location and programme individually so the agreed support fits the occasion.
We also help clients explore independent event suppliers for catering and beverages, entertainment and DJs, MCs, photography, video and content creation, guest transport, audio visual production, lighting, staging, styling, signage and equipment hire. Supplier quotes, bookings and delivery are agreed directly with your chosen providers, separately from staffing.
