How It Works
  • Share your event details, including date, location, timings, and the type of staff required. This allows us to assess suitability, scope, and availability for your event.

  • We’ll review your enquiry and send through a tailored quote outlining staff roles, hours, rates, and any applicable service or coordination fees.

  • Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed on the issued quote/invoice. This secures the requested staff numbers and hours for your event.

  • Once confirmed, we’ll send a short event questionnaire closer to the event date to finalise key details such as run sheet notes, access, and on-site contacts.

  • Staff details are typically issued closer to the event date (around 24 hours prior), once final confirmations are completed. Our team remains available to support coordination leading into the event.
