How are promotional staff allocated?
You book the roles, headcount and shifts. We allocate the team to your confirmed booking and provide the campaign instructions. Staff details are usually sent approximately 24 hours before the event.
Can I book several roles, dates or cities?
Yes. Book hospitality, promotional, registration and crew roles together. List each date, venue and local shift separately.
Can I order merchandise without staffing?
Yes. Uniforms, apparel, caps, bags, bottles, lanyards, notebooks and conference packs can be ordered separately. Minimum 250 units per item. Different products do not combine toward the minimum.
Other event services
Include catering and bar-service suppliers, live entertainment, DJs, MCs, photography, videography and content creation, guest transport and chauffeurs, audio visual equipment, lighting, staging, styling, signage and equipment hire in your enquiry.
We help connect you with independent suppliers. Their quotes, bookings and delivery are agreed directly with your chosen provider. We may receive a referral fee following an introduction.
