PEOPLE FOR EACH TOUCHPOINT
From the first badge to the final pack-down.

Guest check-in teams ↗Event hospitality
Wait staff and bar staff for refreshment breaks, networking receptions and conference dinners, working with your venue or caterer.
Hospitality staff ↗Exhibition support crew
Practical assistance with signage, supplies, furniture and event areas before opening and during pack-down, under your team’s direction.
Event crew hire ↗PLAN FOR THE BUSY MOMENTS
Different programmes need different teams.
Conferences, seminars & delegate events
Plan around registration opening, session changes, meal breaks and evening functions. Tell us the expected delegate numbers, check-in process and number of active entrances or desks. Include staff briefing time and the onsite contact so arrival teams know your programme before guests reach the door.
Exhibitions, trade shows & multi-day events
Provide a staffing breakdown for each day, with public opening hours, exhibitor access and setup or pack-down windows. Separate attendee assistance from exhibitor duties, and explain which tasks are already covered by the organiser and venue. Include any role-specific equipment or induction requirements.
TURN THE PROGRAMME INTO A STAFFING BRIEF
Make every shift clear.
01. Venue & programme
Share dates, the Melbourne or Sydney location, expected attendance and your programme or run sheet where available.
02. Duties & systems
Specify registration, scanning, wayfinding, hospitality or crew tasks, plus the equipment and training supplied onsite.
03. Peaks & shifts
Include arrival peaks, breaks, reception times and staff start and finish times. Provide separate shifts for each day or area.
Conference staffing questions.
Can staff use our registration or ticket-scanning system?
Include the system, devices and check-in process in the brief. Confirm what access, training and onsite support will be supplied so the role requirements can be reviewed before the shift.
Can we combine check-in, hospitality and event crew?
Yes. Request the roles together, but describe the duties and timing for each team separately. A registration desk may need its busiest coverage before the first session, while hospitality and pack-down shifts may start later.
How should we request staff for a multi-day exhibition?
List each date, area, role, staff number and shift time separately. Add venue access, induction arrangements and reporting contacts. Mark any details still being finalised so the quote can reflect the information available.
